Our Founder

Stef Edwards

Led by Stef Edwards, a seasoned professional with over 15 years of industry insight, we’re all about making noise in the best possible way. Armed with a passion for tunes, Stef kicked off her career at RMG Chart Entertainment followed by her role as Music & Entertainment Publicist at Entertainment Architects. In 2014, she co-founded We Are RedHead, marking a pivotal moment in delivering standout PR campaigns for prestigious festivals like Forbidden Fruit, All Together Now, Metropolis Festival, Red Bull Free Gaff, and Mother Pride Block Party.

But our scope extends beyond music, Stef’s expertise has graced a diverse range of projects including the Bray Comedy Festival, the Dublin Podcast Festival, and the launch of contemporary clothing store Beautiful South Boutique. Stef’s portfolio is a testament to her versatility from the GOAL Charity Art Project to the Live Photography Exhibition ‘What We Did In The Shadows’. Stef also manages PR for Other Voices Dingle and Other Voices Home at the Guinness Storehouse, as well as PR for the Fresh International Film Festival, ensuring that every story finds its place in the spotlight.
